Word came down from official-dom this morning... our financing was approved. So all conditions on the sale of the house have been removed.
All we have to do is sign the papers about a week before possession.
So... wow!
Excitement has set in. That house is ours! OURS!
Anyway, just had to share in the joy with everyone.
